Cindy obtained her undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington and her law degree from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon.
She has been licensed to practice law since 1986.
Professional Organizations
She is licensed in both Washington and Oregon and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
She is a member of the Washington and Oregon State Bar Associations, the Clark County Bar Association, and the Washington Women Lawyers Association.
She is a member of the Business Law Sections of both State Bars.
Cindy has participated in the Willamette University College of Law Mentor Program and she is listed in Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who of Emerging Leaders.
Community Involvement
She is a frequent lecturer on business law and was an adjunct teacher of environmental law at Clark Community College.
Cindy is an active participant in her community. She was a founding director of Leadership Clark County, also serving as its curriculum chair. She is a member of the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce.
Cindy is a past president of Women In Action and participates in their mentoring program.
She served as a director of Southwest Washington Independent Forward Thrust (SWIFT) and the YMCA.
Personal
Cindy has been happily married since 1992 and has two sons. She enjoys entertaining, snow skiing and biking with her family, and the beach.
